Special Encounter: The Cafe of Broken Dreams |

When you arrive at this encounter, you'll notice a building called the Maltese Falcon. Inside you'll find a small group of people wearing Vault suits who seem to be talking about topics related to the first Fallout.
In the center of the room is Dogmeat, the original dog NPC from the first Fallout. If you approach him without any armor equipped or offer him an Iguana-on-a-Stick, he will join your party.
