Arcane Mechanic Skill: Frost Trap
Frost Trap Cost: 2
Launches a mine to the target location, where it arms itself after 2s. If an enemy approaches the mine, it detonates, causing ice damage to all enemies within 3m and slowing them for 3s. (Note that you can only have at most 3 mines at once. Placing a fourth mine destroys the mine you created first.)

  1. Mines cause 140% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 30% (28 mana)
  2. Mines cause 165% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 35% (32 mana)
  3. Mines cause 188% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 40% (36 mana)
  4. Mines cause 209% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 44% (40 mana)
  5. Mines cause 228% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 48% (46 mana)
  6. Mines cause 245% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 51% (53 mana)
  7. Mines cause 260% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 54% (59 mana)
  8. Mines cause 273% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 56% (66 mana)
  9. Mines cause 284% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 58% (72 mana)
  10. Mines cause 293% of weapon damage as ice damage, targets are slowed by 60% (78 mana)

Skill Masteries

Clockwork Arming Mechanism: The arming time is decreased to 1s. Requires Rank 5.
Fahrenheit Formula: The area of effect is increased by 1m. Requires Rank 10.


Skill Powerups

Liquid Nitrogen Charge: The mines also freeze targets for 1s.
Ice Fragments: Adds +50% damage.
Chemical Ice: The mines also strike enemies with +20% damage vulnerability for as long as they are slowed.
