Zaalbar Kills Mission
In all the games I've played with morality systems, this moment, by far, made me feel the most diabolical. Cruel, manipulative, and a tad tounge-in-cheek, turning the young Twi'Lek's Wookie friend against her will turn your stomach or tickle your funnybone, depending on how dark your sense of humor is. Some of the Dark Side choices in the original Knights of the Old Republic felt a little petty Darth Vader didn't go around bullying homeless ladies for credits, after all. This one, however, makes you feel like a true Sith Lord, bending the will of those around you to further your own will, no matter what the cost.
It's true that this little scene is only available in a Dark Side run of the first game, but it's one of the most vivid memories I have of both games. If you've played through this little scenario, it's not one you'll soon forget.
