Palladium Books Sues Trion Worlds For Trademark Infringement

Trion Worlds' renaming of Heroes of Telara to Rift: Planes of Telara has apparently perturbed the suits over at Palladium Books, as they've since filed a lawsuit against the developer for trademark infringement. Given the potential confusion the name could cause with Palladium's long-running tabletop RPG Rifts (and, conceivably, their own MMORPG plans), it really isn't a surprising turn of events.  Hopefully they come to an agreement of some kind and we don't have to watch Trion rename the game yet again.
