Based on hints dropped during the latest Dengeki Games podcast episode, the folks over at NeoGAF seem to think that a Demon's Souls II announcement is imminent.  It's a bit of a stretch to assume that a "challenging" game with "interesting" gameplay elements coming out of Japan is a Demon's Souls sequel, so consider this deep within rumor territory at this point.
