The latest episode of IGN's The Jace Hall Show features a few minutes of footage from a (humorous) Diablo III design meeting, and during the second half we're given our very first glimpse of the female version of the monk class.  Tune in at the 7:25 mark if you only care about the artwork, or both the 4:00 and 6:45 marks if you want to catch the whole bit.
