Irrational Games has been busy adding quite a bit of content to their newly launched website, including a series of podcasts entitled "Irrational Behavior".  In the first two episodes (here and here), various team members give us an inside look at the creation of System Shock 2, BioShock, the Freedom Force series, and a zombie title they scratched four years ago.
