The Imperial Agent is the sixth class announced for the game, and the third for the Empire, joining Bounty Hunters and Sith Warriors. The other three classes currently known are the Troopers, Smugglers, and Jedi Knights, which will be fighting on the Republic side.Foru screenshots of the new class can be found at the above link. If confirmed, that only leaves two more classes to be revealed.
We're told that the Imperial Agent will let players explore "the underbelly of the Empire" and will be using high-tech gear to help them with their infiltration and assassination. Let the speculation begin.
