Dragon Age: Journeys Progress Being Lost

Yesterday, I set out to finish Dragon Age: Journeys with a mage for the sole purpose of earning the "Mighty Magic" achievement and therefore claiming the "Helm of the Deep" when Dragon Age: Origins permanently attaches itself to my hard drive. After about 2 hours, I achieved my goal and proceeded to get some other work done.

After reading some disturbing claims that users lost much of their progress over the weekend, I logged back in to find that I had been stripped of my final achievement and the DLC that went with it. Not only that, but none of my saves from the second half of the game were available to me anymore.

If you're in the same boat as me, it's at least comforting to know that the DAJ team is working on it:

We know some of you are experiencing save issues with Dragon Age Journeys and are working to address.

Now I just have to decide whether I should spend the time to finish the game again before receiving confirmation that the issue has been resolved. It's a fun enough game, but 3+ play-throughs is starting to wear on me. Anybody else lose their progress?
