If you already plan on picking up a copy of Borderlands and hammering through the wasteland with a few friends, then Steam should probably be your retailer of choice.  In addition to pre-orders being discounted by 10%, you can now pick up a four-pack for the price of three ($135 with the pre-order discount) and hand out the extra copies to your friends.

~$34 a copy?  Not bad.
