GameStop has scored an exclusive Dragon Age: Origins "Writing an Epic" trailer that features several members of the development team discussing the game's strengths alongside a few minutes worth of new gameplay footage. There's quite a bit of commentary from lead designer Mike Laidlaw, executive producer Mark Darrah, lead writer David Gaider, and composer Inon Zur included within, so I definitely recommend checking it out.
