Dungeons & Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited Q&A

IGN is the latest gaming site to fire off some questions to Turbine's Fernando Paiz, Kate Paiz, and Adam Mersky about next month's Dungeons & Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited migration. After the generic questions, they move on to the team's Module 10 plans:
IGN: Let's talk about future content updates. Do you have any plans beyond Module 9? Is there a Module 10 in development right now?

Fernando Paiz: Oh absolutely. It's actually really cool. We're working on a couple of adventure packs in that series. We are actually restarting the numbers so this will be update 1 for the new Eberron Unlimited, so it's the update formerly called Mod 10. Dreaming Dark is a couple of adventure packs for high-level players. It will be about these creatures that are taking over people's minds and trapping them in their nightmares. The players get to adventure in these nightmares, trying to liberate these people trapped in there. It's very cool and we're very excited about it.

IGN: Any target date on when Dreaming Dark is coming out?

Fernando Paiz: We're looking at a couple of months after launch, depending on how our launch goes and how much we'll need to focus on fixing bugs. But we're already hard at work on that and in fact we're playing through some of the quests this afternoon and they're looking really cool.

Fernando Paiz: There has been much positive reinforcement from the beta so far, and about the way we implemented the business model and about how we're going to compare against the other games that are in the free-to-play space here in the Western world. We really feel like we're bringing the premium MMO experience into the F2P space and we're going to set ourselves apart significantly.
