Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business Review

The folks over at The Game Trawlers have fired up Sir-tech's ten-year-old (though still excellent) Jagged Alliance sequel for what appears to be their first review. The score is 8.5/10, with another half point given if you have the v1.13 mod installed:
Fun: This game will probably lower your grade point average if you're in school. If you're working it will get you fired.

Craft: All the animations are hand-drawn, though they lack detail. The gameplay is tight and polished (although missing formations). The music is a little generic, but still above average. The amount of time spent on mercenaries and their personalities is amazing. Overall this game is pretty well crafted.

Respect: This game expects a lot from you; the developers obviously don't consider you an idiot. You can also skip cinematics, and save whenever you please unless you specifically disallow yourself from doing so (Iron Man mode).

Charm: This game is unique and has a lot of personality.
