Rotworms are creatures of the underworld which spend their lives digging through swampy regions and morasses on the search for food; normally, they are not found on the surface.
Driven to the surface like the ashbeasts by the rising ruins, rotworms have been sighted more and more frequently on the surface, primarily near swamps and marshes. Although of formidable size, rotworms are relatively easy to defeat thanks to their lack of armor or resistant hide.
