In an attempt to determine which game features the most graphical prowess, PCGames.de has stacked screenshots from Spellbound's Arcania: A Gothic Tale against those from Piranha Bytes' Risen. The article is in German, so to better understand the text, here's a link to the Google translation.

It's interesting to see just how similar the games look when blended together. About the only obvious difference is Risen's usage of bloom.
