Alpha Protocol E3 Preview

Obsidian Entertainment's Alpha Protocol is the subject of yet another E3 preview, and this time it's over at TheJRE.
As one of the Sega staffers chose one option (tell the truth), and the other went down a more deceptive/less cooperative path, the ramifications of these choices were soon made apparent.

When the conversation between machine-gun-girl and our spy wrapped up, one side - the one that had been honest and cooperative - had the woman and her soldiers assisting the spy in another firefight that broke out immediately after they finished talking. However, the one that had chosen to go his own way found himself without the help of the ruskies, and therefore, found stealth options available for the coming fight, since machine gun fire wasn't blasting every which way.

As an announcer told the attending E3 crowd during the gameplay, these choices were not made by the staffers on the fly. Before embarking on this mission, one of the staffers had outfitted the spy to be more combat ready. This meant stronger weapons, and less of a stealth approach intended. Meanwhile, the other player had chosen lighter, quieter gear, including a silenced pistol and other such stealth-focused tools.
