GameSpot has uploaded a video of BioWare's Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk discussing and demonstrating Mass Effect 2 on their E3 stage. There's a lot of gameplay footage contained within, so this particular video comes highly recommended if you're interested in the sequel.
