According to a filing added to Justia yesterday, Richard Garriott is suing his former employer NCsoft for $24 million over what's listed as "Torts - Property - Other Fraud". This is most likely related to the closure of Tabula Rasa, though we'll have to wait and see if any other information comes forth.
