SEGA of America is excited to present the first official dev diary for the up-and-coming DS exclusive title Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood and to announce that the highly-anticipated new RPG has officially gone gold. This stunning new game will be heading out to stores on September 30th packed with exciting adventure, beautiful environments, a classic cast of characters, and a new dark enemy looming over the Sonic universe. Coming out exclusively for the Nintendo DS and created by renowned RPG developer Bioware, Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood marks the first RPG game for Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends.

This great video dives deeper into the Bioware world and gives fans a look at how the incredible talented development team brought Sonic to life. The first of three developer diary videos, today's piece goes behind-the-scenes and explores the vision behind the game and the inspiration for the project as a whole.
