If all you require from a game like this is to click on monsters until they're dead, then Space Siege is made for you. It's like a baloney sandwich that way -- it gets the job done. But Gas Powered Games can do a lot better. If anything, they've been guilty of overachieving -- trying to cram too much into games like Supreme Commander. But at least those games communicated passion, excitement, and the desire to make something epic and awesome. Space Siege has none of that; it feels like it was designed to meet a quota or deadline -- or maybe just to get a passing grade in a required class. So, congratulations, I guess. Pass.
