Mass Effect Review

Always worth mentioning is when the ever-popular Yahtzee picks up an RPG, as he does with BioWare's Mass Effect.

Yahtzee's main beef with the game seems to be... how do I put it... too much dialogue. He claims you have to drag the game out of dialogue into shooting for the whole action thing. Now, either he doesn't get the game at all, or he gets it all too well. I'm not sure which on it is, though. Given the fact that the game has sold well over a million copies to date, his take that "the nerd is an enticingly predictable creature to whom the promise of boobies is like a bacon sandwich to a starving wolf" is probably pretty accurate, though.
