Kodiak are a low-level sentient race evolved from bears. They are typically loners, and fiercely territorial due to hunters. Their moods are unpredictable, and can change from calm to violent in the blink of an eye. Their fur is a highly prized commodity, but it is very rare for a hunting party to return alive unless no kodiak were spotted. The fur is lightweight and keeps the wearer immune to freezing weather.
