PlayStation Universe is claiming that "industry whispers" indicate the PSP version of Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has been cancelled.

Buzz around the gaming industry is that powerhouse Bethesda has sidelined or possibly scrapped their Oblivion adaptation for the PlayStation Portable (PSP). According to industry whispers, the Climax team working on the game has not only ran into major production problems but also drastically missed their timetable.

The game is still listed on EBGames, so I wouldn't file this as fact just yet.
