While not officially announced, EBGames has added product pages for both Xbox 360 and PC versions of a "Game of the Year" edition for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Given the amount of content available in the game's plug-ins and Shivering Isles expansion pack, it certainly wouldn't be surprising if Bethesda has plans to release such a bundle pack. They did the same thing with Morrowind.
