IGN has published a new feature entitled "The Xbox 360 Games of Spring 2007", in which they profile many of the big games we can expect to see on Microsoft's console in the next few months. BioWare's Mass Effect is the only RPG listed:

An exact release date hasn't been set for Mass Effect, but all signs point to it coming in June or early July at the latest. We're including it on this list in the name of hope that we'll be able to play it as early as possible. You should have that hope, too. BioWare is at the helm here, makers of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and Jade Empire amongst many others that Xbox owners might not be as familiar with. With that lineage, you can imagine how high the expectations are. Everything we've seen points to them being met. This futuristic RPG has something for everyone; an engaging story, flashy graphics, biotic powers, shooting elements, character development, and more.
