Q: When 1.88d goes live, is draw time now ONLY affected by Dex, or does Quickness still affect it?

A: Redhead: (No, archery will only be affected by dexterity. There is no 250 cap on draw time for dexterity. Quickness will only have use for an archer when they go in to melee after the changes.)
