Q: How does Mythic's agreement with Games Workshop factor into this deal?

A: In a big way. One of the things that took a little time was convincing EA that not only was Warhammer a great IP but that WAR was on track to being a great game. When EA saw the game again at E3, it kicked discussions between EA and Mythic into high gear, which in turn led to the acquisition being done. EA is quite excited about WAR and the Warhammer IP going forward.
