Monitor Magazine Online is offering up their review of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and while they don't give the game an overall score, it's pretty obvious how much they liked it.
It's something of an insult to call The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion a game. It's a fully-realized world and a way of life. Even if you're not a big fan of RPGs, do not miss it. This is why computers were invented.
