The Witcher Feature of the Week

CD Projekt's official The Witcher website has been updated with a new "Feature of the Week", this time presenting us with an image and a few details for the witcher's iron sword. The description to follow:
The witcher uses his silver sword only in necessity. This weapon is deadly for many monsters but difficult to use and it's fragile. That is why in a "normal day of work" monster slayers rely on a harder ore. No one really knows exactly from what the witcher's sword is made. Of course well-known metals are still the basis but legends say that the sword is crafted from an ore that comes from a meteorite. Maybe that's why it is so strong and sharp, and at a time lighter than typical iron weapon. Low weight in combination with reliability gives the witcher an advantage in fights against humans.
