Next, we got a chance to check out one of the game's many villages, all of which are populated by a motley cast of characters. Oblivion features only spoken dialogue, so you won't have to waste your time with any of that messy "reading" that plagues other RPGs. The game features some pretty impressive lip-synching as well, and even the mouths of non-human characters (such as the lizard-woman that we met later in the level) move realistically while speaking.
