RPGDot continues their coverage of role-playing games on handheld devices with a quick look at the titles available for the Nintendo DS. It doesn't sound like there are too many available just yet, but more are coming next year:

There are a wide variety of RPG's planned for the DS in 2006, including two Final Fantasy games, two Xenosaga games, and a Children of Mana game among others. Looking at screens from Final Fantasy III shows how the game series is transitioning to 3D as it moves from GBA to DS.
