Take Two to Publish BioShock?

IGN PC is reporting that Take Two Interactive has applied for trademark of the name "BioShock", presumably because they'll be publishing Irrational Games' upcoming RPG. In case you haven't heard of it yet, this is the game many consider to be the spiritual successor to System Shock 2 and is being developed by many of the same people who worked on the classic title.
