Whereas in nature, every so often, the elements will conspire to lash out a blade of lightning, Albion's natural magic tends to create strange, anomalous events such as Trolls. They are sections of the landscape that have suddenly developed an independent consciousness. One day you're a rock, the next, you see funny squishy things running away from you and you feel an urge to lob a boulder at them.
