Summing up the threat presented by Captain Mako is not as simple as it seems. While it is true that both he and Barracuda are primarily feral killers, it would be a mistake to dismiss them as physical threats only. They are cunning and extremely difficult to capture and there is no telling what the upper limits are on either of their powers. Mako has apparently been mutating constantly since birth and Barracuda exhibits powers similar to creatures we know almost nothing about.
