World of Warcraft Launches in Singapore

Blizzard Entertainment fired over a press release late yesterday announcing that World of Warcraft has launched in Singapore.

Singapore - July 21, 2005 - Blizzard Entertainment®, Inc. today announced the release of its highly anticipated subscription-based massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), World of Warcraft®, in Singapore. The announcement is being greeted with excitement in the island republic, where the Warcraft® series is one of the biggest-selling PC gaming brands.* Blizzard has selected iGames Asia as the exclusive distribution and marketing partner for World of Warcraft in Singapore.
