Five classes are in the works, including Trooper, Gunner, Tech, Biomedic, and a fifth to-be-determined class rumored to be something based on quantum physics. There will also be four races: Human, Artificial Life, Ingenii, and Tigris. As with other RPG games, each race has a specialty that goes well with one or more classes, and Humans tend to be pretty average in all respects. No word yet on whether there will be any class restrictions on races, but I hope not. Role-playing can be great fun when trying to pull off an unlikely combination.
