Equipment bearing the "of the Eagle" suffix raises both Intellect and Stamina, which increases mana and hit points respectively. At higher levels, Dreadmist and Devout gear augment both plus Spirit. When I play a Priest, I tend to use some items that give larger boosts to Intellect only, although this is a personal preference based on usually playing in groups, since they tend to protect the healer. I've heard but not personally confirmed that Spirit takes on added importance in instanced dungeons designed for parties made up of characters of level 50 and higher.
