IGN PC has written up a preview of Turbine's The Lord of the Rings Online, after seeing a demo of the MMORPG on the show floor of E3.

The demo focused exclusively on the player's initial experiences in the game. Each of the good races -- men, dwarves, elves and hobbits -- has their own unique starting areas. We saw Breeland, the starting zone for the Race of Men. Our character is asked by Andlum the Ranger to rescue some friends who are held in a bandit stronghold.
