Combat in the game is largely skill based, with you engaging the enemy, choosing a skill, and hoping that the one you selected is more powerful than the one he or she is about to throw at you. From there you're treated to some awesome fighting maneuvers, where characters will do all sorts of cool flips, punches and kicks, and moments where time slows down, allowing you to get an overly dramatic view of the action. Well over 300 martial arts and weapons animations are in the game, so it's going to be a long time till you'll see everything it has to offer.
