Lanthan joined the company as a back-up pilot for internal routes. Four years later he already took the assignments to command huge A-class cargo ships. And after three more years devoted to "Gala Express" he was entrusted with "Gloria", the best ship the company owned. Before Signi reached 30, he spent hundreds of light-years on the bridge of "Gloria" and committed some true feats. He was known as an arrogant, impudent man who drank only strong stuff. While Lanthan was working on "Gala Express", he formed the best crew in the whole Solar system. If it wasn't for the crew, "Gloria" would have hardly managed to survive all the troubles it was involved in. Several times the pirates tried to hijack the ship.
