The walkthrough is certainly coming along! Another huge update with Dxun & Onderon added, all quests included. You can find it here.

Not sure exactly which order I'm going to make the planets in the walkthrough when its finalized, but right now, it's Dxun/Onderon, Korriban, Nar Shaddaa and Dantooine. This will probably change.
