Speaking of changing on the fly, the Issue 3 update will also introduce new powers to players of level 41 or above that will allow them to diversify their characters. Blasters, for instance, will be able to get some decent defensive powers so they're not as helpless, and Tankers will get some basic distance attacks as well as 'pulls' to bring an opponent into melee range. The developers are hoping to round out the characters a little without sacrificing their individual specialties.
