Most of what is known of the Mer'eni Elves is derived from this legendary mail worn by their greatest archers. A feel of silk, and a resilience of iron. The very thread itself is woven from alloys that haven't been forged since dwarves delved the mines of Aranna for the required minerals. The soft sound of this armor is very distinctive as well, and many have claimed it echoes the chorus of windchimes for which the Mer'eni Elven homeland was famed.
