Q: Will Catacombs implement content for lower-, mid- and high-level characters, and what if anything are you adding related to RvR?

A: Catacombs will have content for all character levels - from the very beginning to the highest level 50s. All of the content is underground-themed.

We aren't currently considering making any RvR changes in Catacombs, as we have just released New Frontiers, which was, of course, a major RvR overhaul.
