I honestly expected another typical MMO rip-off of EverQuest, that either did the exact same thing or the same thing but worse. You can imagine my surprise (believe me, there was some form of drool) when I found myself immersed in the game after the short (but helpful) tutorial. City of Heroes is far different from previous attempts in the genre. While it has all of the basic under layers that EverQuest set down, pretty much everything else is done much better and faster.
