Now City of Heroes is readying its second major update, "Shadows of the Past", and it's got plenty of cool new features. Heroes can explore two new zones in Paragon City, the Hollows (a fantastic subterranean realm), and the Shadow Shard, a deadly dimension that needs to be explored. There will be new villain groups to battle including the alien Rularuu, and the deadly Earth elementals called Igneous, and new trials to overcome. There are even new visual effects and badges to acquire at high levels. But the one thing that has everybody excited is the inclusion of capes!
