One aspect that will be retained from BioWare's previous games will be the moral decisions your character makes upon his crusade. How others will receive you will depend on your good or evil alignment. Jade Empire comes from a developer with a high-quality pedigree, one we hope they do not sully by trying to be too ambitious in attempting to meld two completely differing genres. Many wrote off BioWare after it was given the chance to re-invigorate the Star Wars licence, and it proved everyone wrong then. We should be able to rule if BioWare has managed to prove that lightning does strike the same place twice, within the next twelve months. If Jade Empire does succeed, it could prove to be the kick up the backside the RPG genre has been requiring for quite some time.
