Full Skill Respec:

- This free full respec is intended for players whose specialization templates are affected by all the changes we've made in New Frontiers. We haven't set the bar terribly high you need to have one realm point in order to receive the respec. Characters automatically receive a single point at level twenty, but you can get one at level fifteen by heading out to the lowest level battleground.
