Siege Changes

- Moving (not aiming) a siege weapon will now always unarm it. It will need to be stopped and go through the arming process again.

- There is now a check when you begin or finish creating a siege weapon to ensure that you are not too close (or on top of) a keep piece. This only applies to trade skill created siege weapons.

- If you are the controller of a ram, you should now be able to set your groundtarget by clicking on terrain.

- There is now a 30 minute timer before siege equipment will decay when it is not being controlled. If a player takes control during this time, the timer will reset and not begin counting down until there is once again no controller.

- Ram damages have been greatly improved.
