A classic genre for a new franchise, Everquest ventures into action role-playing with Champions of Norrath: Realms of Everquest. Solid gameplay backed by a balanced system of character development and equipment enhancement gives the game variety. Over fifty areas for exploration and five different customizable characters offer plenty of gameplay. Exclusive to Playstation 2, the game includes multiplayer up to four players, as well as online play a feature distinguishing it from its competition. Although it borrows heavily from Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II, Champions of Norrath: Realms of Everquest is an improved experience full of visual and audio beauty, and outstanding gameplay.
